If you truly want to be determined and successful in life here’s a five letter word that you need to start treating like a four letter word and stop saying it, and that word is “maybe.” In my work as a life coach much too often I’ve heard people say ‘maybe’ they’ll do something, only to come and find out that they ‘never’ did. See ‘maybe’ is not a word of confidence, ‘maybe’ is a word of uncertianity. However, if you’re truly excited and confident about what you’re doing and you’re excited about changing your life for the better, excited about starting that business, writing that book, excited about improving your relationships then ‘maybe’ isn’t a word you should use. I know that there are times when we’ll have to consider all the options about a situation before we make a decision and we do have to properly plan for our success, so I'm not implying that we make spur of the moment decisions and over commit to anything. Not saying that at all. But what I am saying is that ‘maybe’ doesn't offer any solutions. ‘Maybe’ doesn't move us forward. ‘Maybe’ waits for change. ‘Maybe’ is reactive word. ‘Maybe’ lets doubt and fear come in. So again if you truly want to have that life changing success in your life that you desire, if you’re truly excited and know that you’ll achieve every goal that you set out for yourself then eliminate the word ‘maybe’ and watch it happen!
